To validate and activate your software license, we need to process the following information at the time of initial activation:
- License Key: The unique activation code you receive upon purchase.
- Device Identifier: An anonymous, unique identification code (machine code) generated by your device's hardware, used to bind the license to your device.
This data is used solely for the purposes of verifying the legitimacy and activation status of the license and for preventing piracy. We do not associate this device identifier with your personal identity (such as your name or email).
3. Ongoing License Validation
To ensure your license remains valid and is used on the authorized device throughout its term, and to prevent abuse, our Service may perform periodic, automatic online validation checks.
During this validation process, we process the following technical information:
- Device Identifier: The same anonymous machine code from the initial activation to confirm the license is still on the original device.
- Network IP Address: Used to verify the origin of the validation request and as part of our security auditing.
Please Note: This ongoing validation is an automated process involving only the limited technical data mentioned above. We reiterate that we do not access, scan, or collect any of your personal files or data during this process, nor do we use your IP address to track your personal identity or geographic location. This mechanism exists solely to ensure the integrity of our licensing system.
4. Information Collected During Purchase
When you purchase our Service, the entire transaction is processed by our authorized payment partners ("Payment Partners"). Our Payment Partners will collect the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment details.
We do not directly access, process, or store your sensitive payment information (such as credit card numbers). We only receive transaction confirmation and customer information (like your email) from our Payment Partners for the purpose of generating your license.
