1. Our General Policy: The Nature of Digital Products
Due to the nature of our products as instantly delivered digital content (e.g., ReachOS application image licenses), we cannot take them back or prevent their use once they have been sold. Therefore, our general principle is that all sales are final.
However, we understand that as a consumer, you have specific statutory rights.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel
Depending on your region's laws (e.g., EU or UK consumer rights law), you typically have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Important Exception:
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and relevant laws, this 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once the download or delivery has begun.
By completing your purchase and acquiring your license key (e.g., by downloading, viewing, or receiving it), you:
- Expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (i.e., the immediate delivery of the digital content).
- Acknowledge and understand that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the delivery of the digital content has started.
Therefore, once your license key has been generated and delivered, the transaction is considered final and irrevocable, and we will be unable to offer a refund.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in cases where the product is faulty, does not work as intended, or is significantly not as described.
